He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas G. Perry and Anita Perry Sr. (Foley); and his brothers, Michael Perry and Thomas Jr.. He is survived by: his wife Deborah Sheldon; his sons, Aaron and Adam; his brothers, Dennis (Sandy) of Fair Haven and Brian (Trudy) of Mebane, NC; and his grandchildren, Christopher, Madison, Audrey, Lexie and Hunter. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
