He is survived by: his children, Ava Kay and Oliver Lamphere; the mother of his children Katy Foote; his parents, Andrea Lamphere and Fayette Lamphere; and his siblings, Kate and Leigh Lamphere. He is also survived by niece and two nephews, and a wide network of cousins, aunts, uncles, and friends.
