He was loved and cherished by many people including : his parents, Teresa Marie Mayotte (Wetherell) and Charles Mayotte; his stepmother Sue Mayotte (Watson) of Guilford; his children, Isabella Mayotte, Alex Mayotte and Ethan Mayotte; his siblings, Dana Castor of Hinsdale, Jennifer Sprague of Dover, N. H. and Adam Mayotte of Brattleboro; and his son Brady Mayotte. He was also cherished by several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to a fund the family has established for the benefit of Chuck's three children.
