He was predeceased by: his parents, Carroll Haskins and Adella Haskins (Goodell); his son Howard Jr.; his siblings, Stewert, David, Jamie, Dan, Philip, Shirley Scarborough and Jean Goddard; his son-in-law Arthur Jacobs III; and his grandson Curtis Songer.
He is survived by: his children, Sondra Haskins of Brattleboro, Katrina Jacobs of Brattleboro, Alice Graham (Wesley) of Westminster and Raymond of Brattleboro; his stepchildren, Christie Thereault of Brattleboro, Brenda Noyes (Jonathan) of Bellows Falls and John Bratton (Janet) of Guilford; his daughter-in-law Lisa Haskins; and his siblings, Rachel Haskins, June Doucette, Rebecca Edson, Davin, Sam, Stephen, Gary and Thomas. He is also survived by 20 grandchildren, 16 great grandchildren, and one great great grandson, as well as many nieces and nephews.
