He was predeceased by: his parents, Leonard Clark and Shirley Ely (Parker); and his brother Scott Ely. He is survived by: his wife Martha Ann Ely (Wiggins); his daughters, Katherine and Jennifer; his son-in-law Bernd; his grandchildren, Charlie, Ronia, Clayton and Madelyn; and his siblings, James (Diane) of Norwalk, CT and Nancy (Garet) of Ansonia, CT. He is also survived by many cousins, nieces, and nephews.
