Bonita M. Burton Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Bonita M. Burton of Bridgewater Corners, Vermont, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on July 7, 2025 at the age of 81. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As we bid farewell to this cherished soul, solace is taken in the memories held dear — the laughter shared, the wisdom imparted, the moments of quiet reflection in their presence. Though Bonita may no longer walk among us, her spirit lives on in the echoes of her kindness, the warmth of her embrace, and the light of her enduring love.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Lloyd Fenton and Edna Fenton (Dikeman); and her son Charles. She is survived by: her children, Scott Burton and Bonnie Stowell; her grandchildren, Camden, Skylar, Brendan and Sierra; and her sisters, Doris and Beverly. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Saturday, July 26th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Cabot Funeral Home (32 Rose Hill Rd, Woodstock, VT 05091).
