As we bid farewell to this cherished soul, solace is taken in the memories held dear — the laughter shared, the wisdom imparted, the moments of quiet reflection in their presence. Though Janet may no longer walk among us, her spirit lives on in the echoes of her kindness, the warmth of her embrace, and the light of her enduring love.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Guy Abare and Dorthy Bissonette Abare; and her husband John Miner. She is survived by: her sons, Larry Miner (Pam) and Keith Miner (Lorretta); her granddaughter Kellie Frazier (Brandon); her stepgrandchildren, Peggy Nolan (Bryan) and Loren L'Heureux (Lisa); and her sister Alice Bachman. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, June 22nd 2025 from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Brown-McClay Funeral Home (48 S Maple St, Vergennes, VT 05491). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Monday, June 23rd 2025 at 10:30 AM at the St Peter Church (85 S Maple St, Vergennes, VT 05491).
