He was predeceased by: his parents, Ane Zuidema and Fannie Zuidema (Hammond); his siblings, William Zuidema of Manchaug, MA, Ernest Zuidema of Rockhill, SC, James Zuidema (AZ) and Ethel Zuidema of Manchaug, MA; and his children, Mark Zuidema of Dudley, MA and Lisa Mattei of Brookfield, VT.
He is survived by: his brother Roland Zuidema. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren.
