She is survived by: her husband David Lavoie; her stepdaughter Jennifer Guillette (Armand); her children, Ryan and Mya; her stepson-in-law Eric Leblanc; her aunt Madeleine Leblanc; her brothers, John Morley Jr. and James Morley (Margie); her nephew Scott Morley; her friends, Joy Trigg, Fawn Carter, Christa Appletree, Chris Maniatty and Grant Reed; Tristan and Macie. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Alzheimer's Association, a cause close to Jane's heart.
