John leaves behind cherished memories for friends, family, and all who had the privilege of knowing him. John’s life was marked by connections and experiences that touched those around him. He was predeceased by: his parents, Ivan and Jana Plausteiner (Paternost); and his brother Bronko Plauštajner. He is survived by: his wife Lucille Plausteiner; and his sons, Steve Plausteiner (Susan) of Rangeley and Timothy Plausteiner (Tammy) of Brownsville. He is also survived by six grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren.
