He was predeceased by: his parents, Mary Elizabeth Lanier (Sherrod) and Booker T. Lanier; his son Raymond Alton Sherrod; and his grandson Jason W. Curley. He is survived by: his daughters, Erica Lumsden (Matt) of Essex Junction and Monica Sherrod; his grandchildren, Erin Dunning, Megan Curley and Asia Robinson; and his great grandchildren, Hadley, Solarin and Analeah. He is also survived by relatives and friends.
