He is survived by: his wife Monique Bouchard; his son Joseph Warner (Sarah); his grandchildren, Nathan, Madisyn and Kallie Warner; his brothers, Gary Bouchard (Carol) and Bruce Bouchard (Michelle); and his sister-in-law Michele Warner (Brian). He is also survived by his nieces, nephews, and great-nieces.
