He is survived by: his parents, Rollin B. Williams and Ruth J. Williams (Palmer); his daughter Crystal Williams; his granddaughter Nevaeh Perry; his son Christopher J. Williams, Jr.; his brother Dennis J. Williams (Laurie); and his niece Jessica Cota.
