He is survived by: his sons, Christan, Chad, Sr. and Daniel, Jr.; his grandchildren, Chad, Jr. and Tanisha Mae Hamilin (Sara); his brothers, Chuck and Tommy; his sister-in-law Peggy Hotchkiss; and his sister Cheryl Pratt. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
