He is survived by: his girlfriend Donna M. Viens; his sisters, Nancy A. Heintz and Joan M. O'Reilly (Patrick); his niece Christina A. Heintz; his nephews, Michael J. Borden, Kyle J. Borden, Cody J. Borden and William J. Borden; his great-nieces, Olivia S. J. Borden and Hilda S. Borden; and his cousin Cathie Jones. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Friday, Oct. 2, 2026 at 10am in St. Joseph Cathedral with interment following in Mt. Calvary Cemetery Annex, Pomeroy St. Those wishing may send memorial donations to Humane Society of Chittenden County, 142 Kindness Ct., So. Burlington, VT 05403.
