It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Frances Ada Villemaire in Burlington, Vermont, born in Saint Albans, Vermont, who passed away on April 16, 2024, at the age of 104, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her parents, Louis Fortuna and Catherine Fortuna (LaBella); her husband Edmund Villemaire; and her siblings, Peter A. Fortuna, Anna Depaul, Nancy Raine and Col. James Fortuna.

She is survived by : her children, Dr. John E. Villemaire (Charlotte Greenhalgh) of Keene, NH, Kathryn V. Anger (Joseph) of Cape Coral, Florida and Mary V. Guerin (Jeffrey) of Colchester, VT; and her grandchildren, Jennifer, Keith, Joe, Justin, Michael, Amelia and Evelyn. She is also survived by ten great grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews.

A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, May 28th 2024 at 1:30 PM at the St Francis Xavier Catholic Church (3 St Peter St, Winooski, VT 05404).

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Converse Home, 272 Church Street, Burlington, VT 05401.
