It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Gail Frances Tisseur of Burlington, Vermont, who passed away on September 19, 2024, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Emile Tisseur and Eva Tisseur (Tippett); her goddaughter Rachel Norton; Alfred, Marguerite Couture (Archambault), Maurice (Annette), Bernard (Jean), Richard, Raymond Couture, Gregory and John Couture.
She is survived by: her sister Judith Norton (Kenneth); her niece Sarah Norton (Adrian Mayor-Mora); her great-nieces and great-nephews, Mikayhla, Caleb and Emile Mayor-Mora; her nephew Joel Norton (Marie Normandin); her close friend Janice Couture; Skylar Emma Norton. She is also survived by siblings (her second family.
