With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Maurice Parent Sr. of Burlington, Vermont, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. He was predeceased by: his parents, Edmond Parent and Maria Parent (Duprat); his wife Elaine; his son Stephen Parent; and his siblings, Leonard, Bernard, Robert Parent and Gloria Howard.
He is survived by: his children, Donald, Cindy Parent, Maurice Parent, Jr., David Parent, Jeannine Baker, Gloria, Raymond Stokes and Sarah Shortsleeve; his stepchildren, Eddie, Karen O'Neil, Kevin, Kathy and Millie Sutton; his sister Sylvia Beaudoin (Xavier); his siblings-in-law, Eddy Howard and Betty Parent; and his niece Shelley Phillips. He is also survived by 21 grandchildren, several great grandchildren.
