He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Collins and Ruby Collins (Maxfield); his brother Daniel Collins; and his nephew David Leseur. He is survived by: his sisters, Rosemary Patterson, Kathleen Weeks, Martha Poney (Phillip), Christine Allard (Daniel), Karen Kenyon (Clifford) and Lenora Collins.
