He was predeceased by: his parents, Frances McGibney (McDowell) and Leo McGibney; his siblings, Fred and Beverly Gaboriault; his sister-in-law Louise McGibney; and his nephew John McGibney.
He is survived by: his wife Phyllis Ann George of So; his children, Scott (Caroline) of Brooklyn, NY and Carrie Ramsey (John) of Stafford Springs, CT; his grandchildren, Kyle and Stephanie Ramsey; and his brothers, Tom (Lucille) of Montpelier and Steven (Yu Cha) of Dumfries, VA..
