With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Richard Phillips of Burlington, Vermont, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. He was predeceased by: his parents, John Preston and Louise Lake Phillips; his brothers, John, Frederick and Duncan; and his son Richard D. Phillips.
He is survived by: his wife Judith Cargill Phillips; his daughter Lisa Geer (David); his grandchildren, Emily Geer (Lucas Hanson) and Connor Geer (Darbey Durning); and his daughter-in-law Gemma Gatti. He is also survived by five nieces.
