He is survived by: his wife Gail Terrien (Mills); his sons, Richard Frederick Terrien (Jay), Christopher Terrien (Melissa King) and Michael Terrien; his grandsons, William and Matthew Terrien; his sister Betty Holton; his brother-in-law Frank Mills; and his siblings, Joanne, Marilyn, Nancy and Bobby.
A memorial service will be held on Tuesday, September 29th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the St. Mark's Catholic Church (1251 North Ave, Burlington, VT 05408).
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to St. Jude's Children's Hospital to continue Dick's tradition of generosity.
