With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Rose Pauline (Robair) James of Burlington, Vermont, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on August 6, 2024. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Allyn W. James; her parents, Lawrence and Yvonne; her children, Gordon Richards and Stacy Polhemus (Benton); and her brothers, Richard Robair and Reginald Robair.
She is survived by: her children, George Benton (Lisa), Barbara Donnelly (Gary Lampman), Rick Bascom (Staci Lee Fleury), Jean Spencer (Milo) and Vivian Baughn (Troy); her grandchildren, Ryan, Elyzabeth Donnelly, Nick Donnelly, Lilli Allen, Autumn, Michael Miller, Seth Polhemus, Justin Phillips, Maddie Rose Turner-Navenma, Connor Vincelette, Nicole Johnson Tyrell and Amanda Johnson; her great grandchild Carter Rae Donnelly; her brother Ronald Robair (Celeste); and her sister-in-law Marsha Robair. She is also survived by relatives from Allyn's family, several nieces, nephews and many wonderful friends.
