He was predeceased by: his parents, Shirley Farnsworth and Theodore Farnsworth, Sr.. He is survived by: his siblings, Tina Guyette (Jay Paquette) and Ted Farnsworth (Brenda Farnsworth); and his pet Hank. He is also survived by his two nieces, three nephews, and many cousins.
