He was predeceased by: his parents, James E. Kennedy and Gladys Kennedy (Sanborn); his wife Sadie E. Parshley of Vershire; his daughters, Judith A. Alexander and Susan L. Johnston; his siblings, Carl Kennedy, Philip Kennedy, Lawrence Kennedy and Beverly Lyon; and his half-sisters, Thelma Dickinson and Vida Martin.
He is survived by: his children, Jane M. Cushman and Mark A. Kennedy.
In lieu of flowers, a memorial contribution may be sent to the United Church of Chelsea, Chelsea Area Senior Center or an organization of preference.
