William Charles Ballou Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of William Charles Ballou (Chelsea, Vermont), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on May 4, 2025 at the age of 77. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond C. Ballou of South Royalton, VT and Alice Ballou (Hildreth) of Rockport, MA.; his sister Judith B. Tucker; and his sibling's children, Angela Arroyo DuBois and Fredo Arroyo.
He is survived by: his wife Yuliya Ballou (Shulga); his children, Dash, Mariya and Pavla; his grandchildren, Casey Durkee and David DuBois; his great grandchild Jaxson Menard; and his brother James R. Ballou of South Royalton.
