He was predeceased by: his father Robert Hains. He is survived by: his mother Linda Hains (Lawrence); his wife Darica; his sister Heather; his daughter Kyndra; and his stepdaughter Hailey. He is also survived by two nephews; and a great-nephew.

A celebration of life will be held on Friday, October 9th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the American Legion.
