He is survived by: his wife Ingeborg; his son Michael; his daughter-in-law Deborah; his grandson Leonardo; his sister Julie Languasco Foley (Lieutenant General Retired); his sibling's children, Mark, David, Sara and Cinzia Berletti (Lorenzo); and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Luca, Vanessa and Alessia.
