He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Eugene Towne and Arlene Towne; his wife Kathleen Towne; his sister Pamela Towne (Steve Danaher); his children, Carrie Hopkins (Brant), Liza Dates, Mac Dates and Schuyler Towne (Amy); his grandchildren, Eric, Nathan Roy, Alyssa Garcia, Andi, Moses Dates, Violet, Juniper Towne, Tim and Josh Hopkins; and his sister Patricia Ward.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, January 11th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Minor Funeral and Cremation Center (237 US-7, Milton, VT 05468). A memorial service will be held on Monday, January 12th 2026 at 12:00 PM at the United Church of Milton (51 Main St, Milton, VT 05468).
