She is survived by: her parents, William MacDonough and Lynn MacDonough; her siblings, Billy, Lori (Earl), Becca (Keith) and Ryan (Amy); her cousins, Sean, Dawn, Jason, Donna, Lance and Kathy; her nieces and nephews, Ty, Keira, Olivia, Maddie, Zach and Keagan; and her pet Boo.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donation be sent to either Camp Ta-Kum-Ta or the American Cancer Society.
