He was predeceased by: his parents, Frederick Utter and Bertha Utter; his wife Shirley Valiquette; and his sons, Wayne, Gary and Millard, Jr..
He is survived by: his son Keith. He is also survived by seven grandchildren, thirteen great grandchildren, several step grandchildren.
