Pamela left this world on September 6, 2025 at the age of 75, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. She was predeceased by: her parents, Neal Carpenter and Glenna Carpenter (Cleveland); and her husband Craig Cushing. She is survived by: her daughters, Lisa Bortz (Seth) and Susan Cushing; her sister Linda Norton (Harry); her grandchildren, Tyler Bortz (Olivia Leo), Jessica Bortz (Austin Combs), Ashley Fay (Tim) and Haley Ingham (Fletcher Sordiff); her great grandchild Saige Combs; her sisters-in-law, Elizabeth Sheltra and Rae Legrand; her aunt Joan Cleveland; Sue, Ashley and Katlynne. She is also survived by many loving cousins, nieces, nephews, and friends.

Visiting hours will be held at A.W. Rich Funeral Home in Essex Junction on Friday September 19, 2025 from 5:00 – 7:00 p.m. In place of flowers, donations in Pamela's memory can be made to the Friends of Burnham Memorial Library (https://colchestervt.gov).
