He was predeceased by: his father Larry Kelly. He is survived by: his children, Ciera White and Michael Kelly (Claire); his mother Betty Kelly; his siblings, Paul Kelly (Joanne) and Staci Lasker (Seth); his grandson Maddox White; and his girlfriend Melanie Venditti. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Hospice and McClure Miller Respite House, an organization that provided compassionate care during Scott's final days.
