He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Collins and Katherine "Kitty" Collins (Freeman); his partner Loris Rollins; his sister Stephanie Collins; and his niece Tracy Taylor (Collins).
He is survived by: his children, Erin Murphy (Brandon) of Colchester, VT and Tim Collins (Elsbeth McSorley) of Wolfeboro, NH; his grandchildren, Gavin Murphy and Reese Murphy; his brother Jack Collins (Alyce) of East Montpelier, VT; his former wife Cindy Collins (Roy); and his nephew Matt Collins.
