He is survived by: his son Brandon Hepburn of Eden, Vt.; his stepson Ethan Lanpher of Boulder, Colo.; his sisters, Nancy Kaplan (Ken) of Morrisville, Vt. and Dottie Provost (Ivan) of West Topsham, Vt.; his nieces and nephews, Bri Johnson of St. Johnsbury, Vt., Brett Johnson (Kelly) of Tyngsboro, Mass., David Provost (Katy) of Fuquay-Varina, N. C. and Grant Provost (Meaghan) of Barre, Vt.; and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Nekeisha, Ava, Ryan and Sawyer.
