He was predeceased by: his parents, Stanislaus Breault and Theresa Breault (Larose); and his children, Mark Breault, Nicole Breault and Guy "Chuck" Breault Jr..
He is survived by: his wife Nancy Breault (Langdell); his daughters, Rita Pothier (Benoit) and Mary Baril (Darren); his daughter-in-law Cindy Breault (Provasi); and his grandchildren, Jeremey Breault (Cheryl), Amanda Giroux (Jonathan), Danielle Pothier (Jameson), Josh Ledoux (Dee Ana), Samantha Pothier (Justin), Adam Breault and Aiden Pothier. He is also survived by many great grandchildren.
Memorial donations in Guy's name may be directed to the American Heart Association and American Parkinson Disease Association.
