He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Scalzo (Flash) and Jean DiNardi. He is survived by: his wife Annette; his sons, Justin (Brad Frey) and Tyler (Kristine); his grandson Cameron; his siblings, Joni and Frank; and his siblings-in-law, Joseph David (Britt) and Tina David.
