She was predeceased by: her parents, Wilfred Smith and Florence Smith (Veivia); her husband David H. Baxter; her brother Sonny Smith; and her niece Terry.
She is survived by: her children, Dave W. Baxter (Cathy) and Carol Bristol (Lee); her sisters, Shirley Smith, Audrey (Howard) and Phyllis (Dennis); her grandchildren, Justin, Chad, Kate and Caitlin; and her great grandchildren, Ivy and Violet.
Visitation was held on Monday, August 11th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 10:30 AM at the Corbin and Palmer Funeral Home (9 Pleasant St, Essex Junction, VT 05452). A burial was held on Monday, August 11th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Resurrection Park Catholic Cemetery (160 Hinesburg Rd, South Burlington, VT 05403).
