We are sad to announce that, on October 30, 2025, at the age of 6, Thomas Michael Pratt (Essex Junction, Vermont) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his grandfathers, Michael Cain and Thomas Hengel; and his great-grandparents, Frank, Mary Jane Cain, Bud, Mae Hengel, Robert Antonovich, William and Peggy Pratt.
He is survived by: his parents, Dave Pratt and Erin Cain; his sister Maggie Mae Pratt; his grandparents, Nancy, Randy Pratt, Laurie Fleming, Tom Wilson and Joanne Wells; and his great-grandparent Helen Antonovich. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins.
