She was predeceased by: her husband Francis Regula (Butch). She is survived by: her children, Lance Coltey (Jenny) of Clarendon Springs, Nancy Coltey Hanson (Craig) of Poultney, Jason Coltey (Tammy) of Castleton and Rebecca Putnam (Ken) of Poultney, Vermont.; her stepdaughter Heidi Regula Caires of California; and her grandchildren, Darcy Coltey, Richard Coltey, Mollie Clark, Pamela Harding and Dillon Coltey. She is also survived by several great grandchildren.
