She was predeceased by: her parents, Eleanor Bushey and Donald Bushey; and her siblings, Joe and Nancy. She is survived by: her husband John Phillips; and her siblings, Lori Rheaume (Leo), Patty Vannier (Zack), Diane Mancuso (John), Lisa Bushey and John Bushey (Cindy). She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, relatives, and friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly asks that donations be made to the Rutland County Humane Society or the Foley Cancer Center—two causes close to Tessy's heart.
