He is survived by: his parents, Mona Boutin (Roberts) of Fletcher, VT and Leo Boutin III; his sisters, Kari Waite (Josh Brace) and Jami (Travis DuVal); his nephews, Phoenix Boutin and Chase DuVal; and his extended family Roberts.
