Carol Porter Obituary
It is with sadness that the passing of Carol Porter of Fairlee, Vermont is shared. Carol, born on November 26, 1946, passed away on October 16, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Zane Campbell and Dolores Campbell (Piper); her husband Gary Porter; and her son Tony Patterson. She is survived by: her children, Ronald Patterson and Kimberly Scholer (Mark); her grandchildren, Jacoby Patterson (Natalie Perry) and Jocelyn Patterson (Anthony Barnett); her sister Julie Bell; her sons, Luke Bell (Christie Adams), Ty and Chad Peavey; and her pet JJ. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
A graveside service will be held on Saturday, October 31st 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Hartland Village Cemetery (12 Station Rd, Hartland, VT 05048). A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, October 31st 2026 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at 82 Clubhouse Rd, Fairlee, VT 05045.
Donations to remember Carol can be made to the Dartmouth VNA and Hospice Team or the Orange East Senior Center which help many with needs in our local community.
