He was predeceased by: his mother Elizabeth Butler; and his cousin Marcie Shields. He is survived by: his father Leroy Butler; his wife Lynne Butler; his daughters, Thessalie and Ryleigh Butler; his siblings, Justine Myers (Jim) and Christopher (Ivana); and his aunt Justine Shields. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
