It is with great sadness that we announce the death of David Allen Hentschel of Ferrisburgh, Vermont, born in Claremont, New Hampshire, who passed away on July 20, 2025, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Wallace F Hentschel and Marion Hentschel (Hart) of Claremont, NH; and his siblings, William Hentschel (Sally) and Bethann Hentschel (Pickett). He is survived by: his wife Bonnie Bullock; his children, Amy Mahoney (Todd), Sonya Duff (Gene), Derrick Hentschel, April Hentschel and Forrest Hentschel; his grandchildren, Micheal Mahoney, Daemon Hentschel and Maelyn Hentschel; his great grandchild Owen Mahoney; and his close friend Barry Paquette.
A celebration of life will be held on Friday, July 25th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Brown-McClay Funeral Home (48 S Maple St, Vergennes, VT 05491).
