She was predeceased by: her parents, Maude Weaver Battin and Henry Hannaford Battin; and her husband Ted. She is survived by: her sister Judith; her sons, Marty Ferris (Pam Cary) of Ferrisburgh and Bruce Ferris (Kathy) of Jupiter, Florida; her grandchildren, Patrick Ferris (Kate) and Kelly Mineaux Nigro (Matt); and her great grandchildren, Peter, Georgia, Theodore and Bailey.
In lieu of flowers, donations in her memory can be made to the First Congregational Church of Vergennes and the Vergennes Lions Club.
