He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold P. Russell and Florence Russell (Grace); and his brothers, Norman Russell and Kenneth Russell. He is survived by: his wife Linda Russell (Mitchell) of Forest Dale; his son Barry Delphia (Julie) of Leicester; and his stepdaughter Deborah Colomb (David) of Queensbury, NY.. He is also survived by 4 grandchildren, 6 great grandchildren and several nieces, nephews & cousins.
