She was predeceased by: her parents, William Hallie and Cora Lang (Sherrer); her husband Ronald Allen Shepard; her siblings, Arnold Lang (Marjie), William Lang (Betty) and Norma Bushey (Leonel); and her brothers-in-law, Louis Shepard (Claire) and Richard Shepard (Marjorie).
She is survived by: her son David Shepard; her grandson Brendan of Middlesex; and her nieces and nephews, Dan Lang (Betty), Brad Lang (Stephanie), Becky Prevost (Jerry), Dean Bushey (Dianne), Steve Shepard (Kathy), Brian Shepard (Kelly), Nancy Colburn (Michael), Todd Shepard (Joyce) and Michelle Vanderbilt. She is also survived by many grand nieces and grand nephews and family friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made in Eleanor's name to the St. Albans Bay United Methodist Church, P.O. Box 116, St. Albans Bay, Vermont 05481, or to a charity of one's choice.
