She was predeceased by: her parents, Floyd Greene and Emma Greene (Goetze); her husband Harold Newton of Georgia; her siblings, Richard and Marjorie Heyer; and her son-in-law Norman Meunier.
She is survived by: her children, Forrest Newton (Teresa), Alecia Dixon (Donald) and Heidi Meunier; her grandchildren, Emmie Lih, Elijah, Isaac, Joshua Ferrante, Mason (Katie) and Skyler Dixon; her sister Linda Boomhower (George); her nieces, Eileen Maniaci, Gerry Lee Carson and Ann Rademacher; Allison'Joy'Webster. She is also survived by three great-grandchildren and many beloved nieces and nephews.
