He was predeceased by : his parents, Edward A. Bullis and Helen Ladd Bullis; his wife Nancy Manley; his parents-in-law, James and Gertrude Manley; and his sisters-in-law, Jane (John FitzGerald) and Ellen Manley.

He is survived by : his siblings-in-law, Betty McLane (Alfred) and James Manley, Jr. (Lorraine) of Milton; his children, Cindy Nguyen (Phung) of Pleasant Valley, NY, Frank Bullis, Jr. (Kathy) of Hebron, CT, Dwight Bullis of Grand Isle and Carolyn Bullis of Pocasset, MA; his grandchildren, Laurel (Brendan), Blake (Kaitlyn), Sarah, Betsy (Jim), Mary Kate (Martin), Tyler, Travis and Ryan (Sara); and his great grandchildren, Grace, Cole, Norah, Claire, Neill, Nolan and Eleanor. He is also survived by several cousins, nieces, and nephews.
